  • Consultations are 100% free, and a great way for us to decide if this is a good fit for you. We can talk via zoom or phone call. During our call, we will discuss your goals, background, and experiences. It gives you a chance to ask any questions you may have, and get insight into my coaching process.

  • If you think you may be interested in 1:1 coaching, the first step is to fill out my coaching application. Click ‘inquire’ above to complete the application. I will then contact you to set up your free consultation call with me. At the conclusion of our call, if you’re interested in moving forward, you’ll be invoiced for your first month of service, and we will get started immediately!

  • Once you become a client, you will be given a specific check in day. Every week, you will be required to fill out your check in form sent to you via email. I currently have a daily check in deadline of 12pm. Therefore you will need to have your check in form, as well as any other pertinent forms, filled out before 12pm on your check in day.

  • This is a great and very important question! The key difference between the two is that online coaching is much more comprehensive than in-person training?

    With in-person training, you are seeing your trainer a few times a week for generally 30 minutes - 1 hour. They will coach you through a lift, and discuss any necessary topics during that specific session.

    An online coach is meant to help you with not just your lifting sessions, but everything that takes places outside of the gym as well. They can aid with nutrition protocols, and discuss all necessary biofeedback to help with the overall picture of your fitness journey.

    Online coaching is also typically much more cost efficient than in-person training as well.
